While trying to find my own wedding dress I was surprised by how few simple elegant dresses were on offer. Most of the dresses in the boutiques I visited were covered in rhinestones and layer upon layer of heavy material which was just not what I was after. Angela had a similar experience but she was lucky enough to have the amazing skill to make her own dress. Following her wedding she created the lovely Winifred Bean brand which incorporates classic silhouettes into modern design to create beautifully simple wedding gowns for modern stylish brides. The line was named after Angela’s grandmother, Sally Winifred Bean, who has always been a great source of inspiration for the very talented Angela.
